His work spans consumer brands, retail, manufacturing, and cross-border trade — operating businesses rather than observing them, which shapes how the platform treats both founders and investors.

Four functions sit behind every decision on the platform.
Review board
Reads every application in full and scores it across ten dimensions before any recommendation is made.
Analysts
Verify figures, examine markets and competitors, and prepare the material an investor eventually sees.
Compliance
Handles identity, residence, and source-of-funds verification, and holds the stricter permissions on those documents.
Relationship management
Looks after members directly — access decisions, introductions, meetings, and the questions in between.
Individual team biographies are published as each appointment is confirmed. Members are introduced to the people handling their business directly — you will always know who is reviewing your application and who to ask.
Royal Crest also works with external manufacturers, distributors, consultants, legal advisers, accountants, and marketing agencies. Those relationships are disclosed to members where they are relevant to an opportunity.
