For entrepreneurs
No. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or investment. Every opportunity is evaluated on commercial strength, scalability, management team, financial potential, and strategic fit. Most applications do not proceed, and we would rather say so early than leave a founder waiting.
No. Nothing is charged for submitting an application, and an application is never prioritised because a fee has been paid. Royal Crest may charge for advisory work or events in future, but any such charge would be stated plainly in advance.
Only the Royal Crest review board. Documents are uploaded to restricted storage, never to a public link, and identity papers are held under stricter permissions than business files. Nothing is shown to an investor without your agreement and a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Every application is acknowledged, usually within two working days. A full review depends on the complexity of the business and how complete the submission is — a clear application with financials attached moves considerably faster than one we have to chase.
Yes. Your draft is saved automatically as you work through the steps, so you can close the page and return to it on the same device.
Submit it. Leave the performance figures blank and put your effort into the problem, the solution, the market, and the team. Several sections exist precisely for businesses that have not started trading.
For investors
Because confidentiality only works if every member has been checked. Approval may require identity, residence, and — where relevant — source-of-funds documentation or evidence of professional investor status. This protects founders and other members as much as it protects us.
Request access on the opportunity page. Royal Crest management reviews the request; if granted, you accept a non-disclosure agreement and the confidential pack opens — full pitch, financials, valuation, use of funds, risk summary, and founder profiles.
No. Founder and investor contact details are never exchanged automatically. Every introduction is arranged by Royal Crest, and approaching a business directly is a breach of the non-disclosure agreement.
No. All investments involve risk, returns are not guaranteed, and Royal Crest Ventures does not guarantee the performance of any opportunity. Independent legal, financial, and tax advice may be required before you commit.
Sometimes. Where Royal Crest is invested or operationally involved, this is stated on the opportunity page under Royal Crest involvement. We do not present a business as independent when we have a position in it.
Platform and process
No. Crowdfunding is open by design; this platform is the opposite. Every business is reviewed before publication, every investor is approved individually, and access to confidential material is granted one opportunity at a time.
No. Royal Crest Ventures operates as a curated opportunity and membership platform. It does not collect investment funds, offer securities, hold client money, or provide financial advice. Any transaction functionality would only be activated after the appropriate legal and regulatory approvals in the relevant jurisdictions.
The team works across the Gulf, South and Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Cross-border structuring is routine for us, and it is one of the areas where we can be most useful to a founder.
Applications are currently completed in English. The platform is built to support Arabic, Urdu, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin Chinese, and further languages will be published as they are ready. You may tell us your preferred language in the application.
We record what you submit, the consents you give, and the date and time you gave them. You may request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted. Verification documents are held under stricter permissions and retained only as long as needed.
Still have a question?
Every enquiry is read by our team. For a business seeking capital or an investor seeking membership, an application tells us far more than a message.
